How much does this service cost?
Every plan is different! Depending on your needs we will create a custom package that is specific to your companies needs.
How often do you record?
Our team will fly to you once a month for 2 days at a time. We record on Thursdays and Fridays generally and film as much content as possible from 9am-2pm (Time-zone Dependent)
What are your turn-around times?
Many factors play into the turn-around time of each production. For longer productions the turn-around time is 4-6 weeks. For shorter Productions the turn-around time is 3-4 weeks.
Do I get revisions?
We strive to achieve the best possible results in the fewest attempts possible. However, we want to complete your project specifically to your liking. We will work with you until it is perfect.
Are refunds available?
Once services have been rendered, refunds are no longer available. Services are broken down into Onboarding, Travel, Filming, Editing, etc. For refund requests, please email support@sociallyelite.io.
